A large residential development just off Perricoota Road, Lakeview features a stunning entrance with a large ornamental lake, fitted with a central raised island and water fountains. The site also features play spaces, large allotments, extensive pedestrian networks and appealing streetscapes.

Canterbury Estate is a large residential development positioned along Jackass Gully.
This project has now been completed.

Notable design elements included;

Retention of significant amounts of native vegetation, with integration of new road infrastructure amongst vegetation corridors.

Located in Marong adjacent to the Marong Golf Club. The development of Marong Links included intersections upgrades to the Calder Alternative Highway, and implementation of drainage and sewer pump stations. All six stages are now complete.

One of the first urban developments to be undertaken in Jackass Flat, and the largest of its time, Evergreen Waters is sited off Jobs Gully Road, adjacent to Jackass Gully.

Hesse Avenue in Flora Hill is an in-fill residential site located near Bendigo's La Trobe University campus. Internal roads and services were partially constructed by a previous owner many years ago, but remained incomplete. Terraco's scope included re-design with consideration of these assets, including retrofitting or demolition where required.

Forest Ridge Estate includes upgrade of Strathfieldsaye Road, construction of a new roundabout and retention of the existing open drain through the site. Stage 1 is well underway by Winslow Constructors, with the following 3 stages expected to commence
from 2024 to 2025.

A picturesque cul-de-sac located against No.7 Park, just off Calder Highway in Kangaroo Flat.
Verdant Court was a rather unique development that included several allotments fronting an existing road, construction of a new internal road to service the majority of new allotments, as well as a new common property to service the remainder. The gentle curves in the road were designed to reduce impacts on native vegetation. The retention of most of the large native trees has greatly benefited the streetscape and character of the area.

The former site of Nanga-Gnulle included retention of an existing heritage protected dwelling designed by famed Architect Alistair Knox. The site features steep grades, requiring careful consideration for road and footpath design. The finished result is an appealing
cul-de-sac that rises gently above Strathdale with new allotments terraced along the hillside.
